I successfully sue OVP before they went bust and we are now pursuing Leslie Alberici. As I am some way in to the action, I would be reluctant to change advisors, but wondered if anyone could assist with information?
I was sold a property 'off plan' ….. yes, you know the story...........OVP and Alberici.....
L A advised me that an insurance policy would be in place to 'ring fence' any deposits and capitol payments that I may make. This was a lie as no policy existed.
Has any other ex-client of Alberici been advised in a similar way by her?
Does anyone have information that may help?
I am now taking action against her insurers underwriters.
