Myself and Susan are coming over to sierra golf early next month to try and get our title deeds even though we paid for our town house in full by ourselves i do hope the bank isnt going to sell our house as the builder still has a mortgage on it.so the bank still has the deeds only in Spain.. in Scotland the solicitor would end up in jail that acted on our behalf.

Looking forward to spending some time in our house.

Thats real sad to hear that sierra golf course if im reading this right will be shut down..

I suppose that includes bar also.i really hope this doesnt happen..

Up here in the north of Scotland we have had a small amount of snow this winter.

When we come over for 3 months we hope to do our best to claim our property which we have paid in full for but still have no title deeds thanks to our lawyer.
