great news after 9 years they are now legal but has i said having seen the plans after trying to get a padron m54 plus other areas were not on THE PLANS MASSA built them after tthey summited the original plans therefore was never able to get the coh after 3 years of trying still advise buyers to talk to there independent teams first as you know it makes sense wish them all good luck again a great place to live

the new homes that have been sold has anybody signed up at the notary have they recieved all the legal paperwork ie full title deeds and habitation certificates having seen the original plans from the Ayuntamento offices i know M54 WAS NOT INCLUDED and they were not aware of this section some people managed to get part title deeds but not habitatiion certificates has the new developer managed this do they have all the legal paperwork i advise all new buyers to have the best of legal teams do no sign or part with money at the notary without all paper work especially the habitation certificate half truths and promises are common from builders and bad legal advice is also common if they are legal they are great bargains and sierra golf is a great place to live and you wont regret it wish you all the best of luck

do the properties that have just been sold and indeed yours have habitation certificates and title deeds .i know that a lot of properties dont and still have many issues ,are the roads and public areas being maintained has the council taken it over. It has been afew years scince i was there and there was many eyesore properties there then but great news if things are lookig up and good luck to you for the future bubbles53
