Old lawyer being ME by any chance?
We shifted lawyer but still were not asked. Old lawyer had a fax in our file dated may suggesting we complete but it was never sent to us. Anyway- how can they charge interest when the Apartments have no licence? The contract has not been fulfilled. Once they have been passed as legal - it is a different story....
