I am thinking of having air con installed in my 2 bed Jardines apartment. I would welcome any advice , warnings or recommendations that other owners would like to share. I would also like to have a rough idea of how expensive it may be. Thank you in advance.

My soliciter has recommended inspecta homes. I'm thinking of going for them, as at £150 they also seem good value. Has anybody out there had dealings with them?

Now that many of us have signing dates  has anybody got advice about snagging in Spain ?   I understand that we have got up to 15 days after signing to hand in a snagging report.  I've also read that it is best done before signing . However I like many of you am not able to get out to complete personally .    I  would appreciate any recommendations of reliable snaggers.
