I understand that there have been signs put up around the pool area, prohibiting the use of ball and plastic inflatables.  This is contrary  to the rules that were circulated to all owners back in May.

I have to say, i'm not that happy about it.  I can sort of understand the issue with balls, but not inflatables.  What's the problam with people floating around on a lilo?  My daughters can't swim yet and will be very dissapointed if they can't use their small lilo in the pool.

What does everybody else think?

Gina,

We're doing the same.  I've arranged payment for the initial fee and a direct debit is set up to pay the monthly amount from then on.

Re: Snagging - we are still waiting for the builders to fix a few loose tiles on the patio.  We've been at them for about 2 months!

All,

I was informed of the community bank details, by email, on Wednesday.

Hi all,

I have recently received my notification of the recent meeting and the agreed annual fees.  It all seems pretty reasonable, but the letter states that the fees have to be paid ASAP by direct debit.  However, it does not state what the bank details are!

I have emailed the address in the letter requesting the appropriate details but i have had no reply as yet.

Does anyone have any information of where to pay these fees? i'd be grateful for any thoughts.

Gary.

As with any new housing estate in the UK, I think the rules are more general guidelines than enforcable rules.

If someone erecting a massive TV dish on the walls to pick up German TV, the community could point to the rules as a way of politely asking the person to remove it.  although the "no barbeque" rule seems a bit over the top!

As for the meeting, could whoever is attending bring up the electricity problem.  That needs to sorted out sooner rather than later.

Cheers,

Bridgendboy
