Just to add further confusion - I contacted my solicitor who then spoke to Ros y Falcon.  He was told that the target completion date was May 2007.  I'll be going over in March and can provide an update.  Either way, it seems to be May or June 2007, which fits in perfectly with my retirement.  I do find it irritating that the developers never respond to e:mails with requests for information - is this normal.

I'm getting the hang of this system now so I thought I would take the opportunity of introducing myself to any potential Birdie Club Residents.  My wife (Lesley) and I (Brian) will be moving full-time to Spain as soon as the house is completed (ours is No 16 (Townhouse).  I'm interested to know of any other people who will be living there permanently, and would like to take the opportunity of inviting you round for a drink as soon as you arrive.

Please let me know if you are out there (I'd hate to be the only one).  I'm a dab hand at DIY etc. so I'd be pleased to help anybody that need a hand when you move in. 

Hope to meet with you soon after I retire in May.
