Thankyou for the invite which we are sorry to be missing. Hope you have a lovely evening.

We were out at our apartment 114 on the 5th-9th of Jan just to see around again and meet Elaine, who is our contact there and Rosi from the builders. She couldn't have been nicer and all the snagging,not that there was much,has been attended to. The outside is an issue though and we are sorry not to be there to discuss the way ahead but would love to be kept informed and be of any assistance. We are out again just for another few days at the end of February but we are probably arriving as you are leaving.

Hi Maud

Nice to see you on the board. My hubbie was over mid October as well and the place was dead.He had a few friends over for golf and was really impressed with the Birdie club and facilities but like your husband disappointed as ther was just no life about the place. We left our furniture outside as well so it may well have blown away by the time we return. I myself havent been out yet and am only going by photos of our apartment. I have to say Elaine has been fantastic and our dealings with Furniture Express was very positive. They still have todeliver a hall mirror and I might ask them to bring in the furniture. Thanks for the warning. We will both be out for the new year 4th -9th January. If anyone is about then we would love to meet up.

Hello Maud and Derek

We are ready to head out 20th of August to complete our apartment number 114. We are Jim and Brenda Barron. It sounds like you're all organised. I have been in touch with Elaine also for advise on furniture packages etc but think we have to wait until we get the keys. Our solicitor told us that even when we do complete that it would take another two weeks before the electricity would be connected which again we would have to be there to sign for. Can you please tell me if that was the case with yourselves because as far as I know that would be another trip over for us from Northern Ireland or according to the solicitor they can sign but we will have even more costs then to pay them. I would be grateful if you could let me know about that and anything else that we will still have ahead before we get to the lovely stage you seem to be at.

Thanks for all the updates on the completion of the Birdie Club. My husband and myself  (Jim and Brenda) are heading out end of April, beginning of  May also. We hope to get an idea of when we can start the move in. We're from Northern Ireland and are looking forward to the apartment as a retreat from bustle.looking forward to getting to meet our neighbours.
