Dear Joysey, Costa Luz Lawyers won the case against the insurance co.

It was built - but long overdue the date which it was supposed to be ready.

You can talk with the lawyers and they can tell you if you have a case.

That is what we did when we talked to our lawyers.

We want to let everyone know how the lawyers at the Costa Luz Lawyers - have really saved us!

We bought an off-plan property on the Costa Blanca several years ago. As everything changed, and the developer didn´t do his part we had to make a breach of our contract.

We really hoped that we would be able to get our money back which we had payed the company for the property. We were really not at all sure that it would happen.

We saw some recommendation of the Costa Luz Lawyers here on the Eye-on-Spain site and decided to talk to them about our trouble.

To make a long story short, they really, really came through for us. We did not only get our money back - all of it, we got the interests and costs as well!

We can´t say it often enough - but THANK YOU - COSTA LUZ LAWYERS. We are ever so grateful. You did a fabulous job and we want you to know that we really, really appreciate your efforts which was a success!

Outstanding work and achievement in getting our money back!

What a fabulous job The Costa Luz Lawyers did regarding our case which was to execute the bank guarantee and retrieve our money.

And that was exactly what they did – we now have our money in our bank-account and we couldn´t appraise Maria and her team enough.

Maria and her team at the Costa Luz Lawyers have done their work which they can be so proud of and we so thankful.

It wasn´t easy and it took time – almost three years due to the overloaded courts. Maria and her team were ever so patient and answered every e-mail that we sent.

The procedure wasn´t simple but in few words: We got our day in court, won the case - there was an appeal from the opponent´s side - but all the same Maria and The Costa Luz Lawyers again won the opponents appeal and as you know by now the result was - we got our money back!

Maria, and her team are a good example of how commitment and hard work pays off for their customers. We commend each of you at the Costa Luz Lawyers for your dedication and hard work.
