Hello, I have a large penthouse for resale before completion at an excellent price i need a quick sale if anyone is interested please let me know.  It is one of the bigger ones and in the block 2 with the pool.  I will sell without estate agent taking large fee so real deal can be had.  Due to unforseen circumstances I cannot go to completion. Hello, I bought a Penthouse in the El Pariaso de Vera Playa development with MRI.  I bought it 1 year ago and the completion is 2008.  I heard recently that one of the completed Penthouses in this development sold for 325,000 euro.  I am trying to find out the who the agent is that sold it so I can confirm this?  Has anyone bought into this development?
