Hi fellow owners,

I took ownership at Salinas De Vera in early July and returned for a week 7th - 14th October. Like most owners I'm keen to get the appartment furnished and spent the week doing so. However I do have major concerns regards the finish of the development and concur totally with earlier comments from Bruce. His comments regards the exterior wall, flower beds that run mud onto roads and also walkways beside the indoor pool area correct and we need to take action now as this workmanship is not acceptable.The grass is lumpy and not attractive to the eye, the car parking roof has been completed with straw/wicker type material where in the brochure it was clearly in metal similar to Al Andalus. I believe for the past five weeks or so and certainly during my weeks' vacation the main electronic gate has not been working due to a vehicle reversing into it.The Management company whom I believe is Marina Sol ( although Bruce mentioned another company) have said that they are sorting out the insurance side of things and are awaiting construction of a new gate. However this is of no consolation to us owners whos' properties have no security and an open gate for those who wish to abuse. It appears as if the development has some basic design faults and Keymur have completed the development in haste. I think owners should get together to protect our investment and would welcome communication on the above matters.
