we let our property on long term lets of 11 months.  We have just been informed by our insurance broker that our current insurance company is no longer covering Spain and the alternative they offered is £500 per annum which seems high as its even higher than our UK home insurance.  Can anyone suggest a more reasonable insurance company which covers long term lets in furnished apartments in spain. Hi

We are just about to complete on a propery near Marbella and have been approached by a company called La Cala Property Care to manage the property for us.  Has anyone had dealings with this company.  Any feedback good or bad would be appreciated.
