Calm down dear! as Michael would say!.

My uncle was over in August and never paid once for two weeks of tennis. I was also out in Condado over Christmas and I played tennis  3 days on the run, again for no payment. The gates are unlocked and surely if Polaris were keen to enforece their rates then they would police the facilties. It's up to Polaris to enforce this rate and at the moment they don't seem that bothered, so my advice is play and see if they stop you!.

Btw, my boy didn't take to tennis, so if anyone fancies a game then let me know.

Hi Mark,

I would suggest being there in person for the initial snagging appointment or at least choose very ,very carefully.

I used the same snagging company as  previously mentioned and In my view I may as well as set fire to 250Euro for all the good they did!

Some on site keyholders now offer snagging and this may be worth exploring as they live in thses apartments and are familiar with the main issues.

I also stayed at their upstairs apartment back in mid January and can also whole heartedly recommend them. They are now keyholders for my apartment on Jardin 5 and they even went as far as babysitting my 2 year old whilst I went and got a few things sorted out!
