well im pleased to see that some of you are actually capable of critasism if only against me,just for the record i have made purchases all off plan in spain ( altea ) turkey ( marmaris ) dubai & italy without exception these were compleated within six months of agreed dates. altea was 2 months early and yes these are my holiday lets.

corvera was my retirement home however i am building down on the mar menor at los alcazares just in case im accused of not wanting to be in spain, has to getting my monies back well thats what a bank guarantee is for and for those of you who may have got a ringed folder from your agent showing in print your compleation date and you have an excellent solicitor.

you like me would be able to buy land on the coast and build a 5+5bath property for less than the villas on corvera ha ha oboy am i BORING any one want a good solicitor or a box of tissues

from the 11/1/08 to 20/1/08 they have managed to go from ground works to 2nd/3rd storey concrete structures and still no building permit in sight is this now an illegial build.

or just the longest saga in history by the way are some of you in the employ of corvera or just guillable like me.by the way could you all pay into my bank account some 50k so i can at some

time build a luxury resort called roda any money leftover i will build a concrete jungle in record time with the cheapest materials that i will call corvera and fill with people that will wait for ever blah/blah

i for one will be getting out and sueing these people for breach of contract based on there own documents and writing to de vere and the pga asking if these are the people to be in partnership with

hi all

according to my contract it clearly states that section 8 (commencement of the works and selection of materials) the vendor shall notify the purchaser of the commencement of the works,by telegram,registered mail or any other means ensuring receipt by the addresse.

the above is in there contract and as ive yet to recieve notification i still am a disbeliever and wonder why im still waiting like the rest of you for this spanish nightmare to begin,my concern now is what standard of work will be used to compleat phase 1&2 in the time frame they have set

i am amazed how patient and calm you all appear to be in england if a builder turns up a day late we want to hang them up by there short and curlies and thats before we have paid them.

i like you all have paid money to this company and have for months read most of the items posted,and it appears that we are all committed to the development but have a company that is not committed to us. My solicitor who appears to be as fond of keeping me informed as corvera are when i told him 3 months ago i wanted out he wrote back and said that corvera would be upset so why dont i wait awhile

as to this majestic letter all it gives is renewed optimisium i am only interested in the letter with a firm start date as to the urbanisation work all i can say is go to the canary islands there are some fine roads to nowhere build over 5 years ago awaiting a builder maybe corvera???????
