I wish the 2 or 3 vociferous freeloaders with their rediculous negative arguments as to why they shouldn't pay their way would find something a bit more productive to do with their time. If you don't want to pay then don't and if the debt does go against the property then good!
I'm fed up with the half witted rants which I'm sure dissuade the more liberal owners from contributing.
At least Vivendoo are making an attempt to get us to a point where the certificates are issued and the estate becomes self sufficient.
I don't live there (yet?) but I pay my bills and am entitled to services unlike some the people who little more than thieves.
