Hi all                                                                                                                                                                                                               

         am currently renting near SG (14mths) waiting to move into new home.I make regular visits on site and there seems to be a standstill on further work to the first phase build.All works currently on site are being consentrated on the new phase builds & golf course and we are still not granted acsess to the propertys.                                                                                                                                           

                                          In reply to golfing enquieries i can source discounted golf equipment here in spain all brand new- examples: full set irons, woods,and bag 165 euros-Golf balls 3doz 20euros also a hire serviice 15aday 60euros a week(cheaper than bringing on flight)

                                           Now  that we are based here we also have several clients who have props close to sg looking for hol lets and some long term lets.

                                            If i can be of any help to any of my new neighbours just ask.
