Hi,

We are looking for an apartment in Arenal Duquesa to rent from late August for 11 months.

We are a responsible, mature, non-smoking couple and have been renting in Sabi and Duquesa for 18 months and can supply references etc I am placing this ad early because we will be in Duquesa 11th April - 11th May to view apartments, sign contracts etc.

Looking for a ground or top floor apartment in Phase 1, furnished or unfurnished, ideally Block 6, 7 11 or 16, with a storeroom.

We are looking for a long term rental in Marina del Castillo for 11 months from mid-October.

We have no kids or pets and can supply references and financial assurances if required. We currently live in Sabinillas so could view more or less anytime.

We found that you will have to part with some cash, no such thing as free banking in CDS but haggle us Spurs fans are good at that

We are using a usb modem from Vodafone Espana, so don't need a landline. With a contract, it costs €39 per month and no upfront charge for the device. Seems quite reliable and really was 'plug and play'. And it's moble, so if you have a laptop, you can connect anywhere there is a phone signal, not just in your apartment.

The monthly limit may not be enough if  you're planning on downloading films or any other really heavy usage, but we're fine with emails, attachments and a moderate amount of email browsing.
