I bought a new "zapper" for the main gates last year (from p60) I can't quite remember if it was 30 or 40 euros.

Hope this is of help.

Hi,

The next meeting is Tomorrow (26/11) at 6:30.  Better book a plane quick!

Didn't Conchi from P60 email you the agenda?  Maybe you aren't on the mailing list.  I can email it to you if you like.  P60 also email out the minutes post meeting if you get added to their mailing list for PP.

Was looking good in the Summer (late Aug).  The gates seem to be working well and fewer dogs being walked on the complex (meaning little or no mess)

Hope this is of help.

 Hi,

I agree, we are in block 10, part of the final phase. It seems that while this phase was being built, dog owners we letting there dogs off at the top of PP to do their business.  It seems that old habits die hard as there is often dog mess on the road / path behind block 11 leading to the top area.  I will also be emailing P60 to add this to the agenda of the next meeting, it's not like there isn't much wasteland around the complex within easy walking distance.

Hi,  I'm fairly sure block six is on the west side of the development (the opposite side to "the hill") and overlooks a bit of a ravine.

Went to PP after Christmas and over New Year.  Things were pretty quiet, nothing much had changed since the summer really.  The main gates seemed to be working well at last.  The "hill" was quiet,  I don't think anything has changed there for a good few months now.  Personally, I can't see anything happening there for months, even years, there are already many un-sold properties on the coast, why would anyone want to start / progress a development to sell off at knock-down prices?
