Hello folks,

I have just carried out two snagging inspections on the townhouses at this development. Unfortunately I have not been provided with a detailed Sale or Contract specification (Memoria de Calidades) but my enquiries on the Internet reveal that the specifications have changed considerably (with or without agreement). Things such as marble floors, pergola and groceries lift have not been provided. Does anyone have a detailed specification available so that I may complete my reports?
