After the shambles of a holiday???? at our apartment last week, we have decided to pay no more. We have paid everything that has has been asked. We go out 4/5 weeks a year! We pay up every month.So what happens every time we go out -the electric and this time the water were switched off. If I wanted to holiday in the 3rd world I'd go. If this was happening in  Rwanda or  the Congo the U.N. would be sending aid. People living without the basic human requirement of water is an absolute disgrace. So we will shut it down- we will not be paying anymore nor will we use it- until this mess is resolved one way or another.

However ,Tarmac is down ,site looks a lot tidier. Pavement is in place no street lighting  yet.Heard from San Jose,say until May 7th elections, mayor will make no new decisions. San Jose lawyers will be in talks with council after this- they are not alone in being blocked by green party.By the way I'm steve from flat 122. Please get in touch. I' ll be out at  Whit holiday and again for 5 weeks  end July into august. Would be nice to get to know som e neighbours, we know Doug & Marie , Pauline &Peter that's about it.
