I got a very good quote from Intasure   +44 (0)845 111 0680 you can find them on the web also - they insure based on the square metre size of the property - I tried a couple of others and they were more expensive for the same cover.  They are all english speaking including the claims department - and if you are renting out they cover the costs relocating guests if the apartment is flooded or burnt down etc...  A grim thought but you have to cover all possibilities....

if you could do that it would be appreciated.  I think that is what is putting me off  i.e. not knowing where to go for things.

Also do you have a recommendation for any cleaners/spare key holders?
