Unfortunately we are not out at easter, but is nice to hear that there are lots of "kevin the teenagers" to keep my 12 year old happy lol, hopefully there will be lots there in the 6 weeks hols when she will be there.

Yes I can tell already this is going to be on my lap top as well as facebook lol !!! one thing I am noticing with the rental properties is everyone has air con, unfortunately we did not opt for this option at the time (money wise) so was going to have it put in at a later date, did u all have yours done when it was being built ? ah u are there 23rd as well, and a meet up for a drink would be great, just looking for a apartment to rent lots to choose from now.

thanks you so much for all your replies, it is so nice to hear from other people who are in the same situation as us.  With the current climate the way it is we worry everyday that we made the right decision some 2 years ago to committ to this, and seeing that homes are being sold off alot less than what we paid for it is scary, but we are hoping that in years to come we will know we made the right choice !!! and thanks for you links and for renting when we come over will show Dean when he gets home.  Thanks you all I will now post any little worries I have.

Hello,

 

I am very new to this but here goes. We have bought a penthouse on condada and are due to come over to sign and arriving 23rd March (have been waiting for our habitation certificate) was over in October and are looking forward to see how everything has progressed and by the sounds of it alot seems to have been done. Is there a recommended site for me to go on re- renting for ourselves while we are there.  When we came over in Oct stayed in a really horrible hotel !! not wanting to do that again. Any suggestions ?? thanks Dean and Nikki ?? oh and not wanting to spend to much at the moment  (as I think  most people are these days) .
