Does anyone know the outcome of the "white whale operation" alleging a conection between the owner of this firm and Europes biggest money laundering scam. I just ask as they represent Jale and do not seem at all interested in solving any concerns i have. Unfortunatly they represent me and came recomended by my then estate agent.

i'm glad things are slowly lloking like we are getting somewhere.

I was wondering if anyone had any major points to share with regard to thier snagging. its been mentioned that somepeople have completed and found out only some of thier list had been carried out.

With regard to Ammex, reading other forums and subdivisions it seems this company are unfortunatlly terrible and most communities have sacked them at the earliest chance. Usually after THEY have paid for the gardens to be finished and any mainteance required. They make Jale looking like the ' Developer of the Year'.  we can only wait and see. 

Ending on a positive note though I'm so happy its((hope )) nearly complete

I agree in part to your idea of using the fees to finish some of the areas, even though it annoys me to let Jale of the hook, which is probably what they are waiting for, but, there are some serious cracks (please see latest photos) which i feel Jale must put right first on the walls as they will only cover them in cement and we are then back to square 1.

Yes, i know jale have no plans to carry out this work, thats why i have previously suggested to withold 5% back upon completion and a stipulation that Jale have say £ months to complete outstanding works( lets say till the end of July ish) if not done by then the 5% withheld monies can then be spent on these works. Fairl common practice in UK and Fairly common for the builder to not finish thus losing the money.

Least then its their money not ours. Occupied premises if in agreement could then pay a percentage.

What do you think?
