We've been told by Quara that it may be next year that the community is set up ' once at least 50% of owners have completed'
When we purchased in April this year we were told it was likely to be in July '07.

Can anyone make a recommendation on an installer for air-con / heating ? If so can you advise roughly what the cost is likely to be  ?
I have a duplex on R5/B2 - completion Dec '07 - and will need to fit AC/Heating asap thereafter.
Any info will be appreciated.

We've bought a property on R5 and 'get the keys' in Dec '07. Looking for recommendations on which bank is best - any suggestions / recommendations welcome.
Also can anyone tell me how post is delivered at La Finca ? Is it held centrally for collection - if so how long will they keep mail for ?
