I read a thread several days ago regarding a solicitor who would take the banks to court to obtain the return of the stage payments,  on a no win no fee basis, does anyone still have the contact details of that solicitor. ?

After winning my court case ( lot of good that was)  I think this may be the only option to see some progress..
