We have visited the Patio we bought three times since last October and still many walls in & out the appartment are full of dump stains and leaks that keep on appering, although Medgroup says they have fixed the problem ... Last visit (early December) in two of the rooms part of the walls were flaking off. The development is completely stopped, the promised five star ammenities are not there and who knows if they will finally construct them. The beach club is closed, the gym is still not open, the jacuzzi is out of order, if you have an issue with anything nobody is there to take care of your issues but for paying the rest of the money you agreed in the contract...
How do you feel paying almost EUR 7.000 per sqm for this? My feeling is that, as of today, it is a much better investment loosing the money we paid than paying the rest....
Has any of you been able to get the repayment from the bank recently? We keep on trying but they are making our lives really hard. I would like to contact people that either have been successfull getting their money back or are still struggled with Banco de Andalucia and/or Medgroup. I would appreciate if you send a meesage for me to get in touch (I can not attach my email - system fails because I have not made enough posts...).
