We are about to complete on a property on Roda golf Murcia. We need to appoint a solicitor to conduct the conveyancing, we have been quoted a fee of 0.7%. Just wondered if anyone who may have completed recently could recommend a firm who may be able to offer a better price and provided good srevice.
