Has anybody else had the trouble we’ve had in getting our snagging list done?  We finally completed our sale in November and have still not received any information on whether this has been done three months on.

 Despite emails and telephone calls, we have had no response – just acknowledgement emails attaching a video which won’t play on our computer – though we did get one copy email which Oscar sent to Lyndsay across the office asking her to investigate! 

 Does this sound familiar?  Has anyone else had any problems with their snagging list?  Has anyone had their snagging list done?

 We see from the English papers that it is now possible to purchase a property on Mojon Hills with no deposit, just pay £70 a month until completion, and one year’s mortgage is paid for you.  Obviously they are getting a bit desperate for sales!

We put our deposit down on a villa in phase in October 2003 and finally it is ready to complete.  Unfortunately, our circumstances have changed and we have to move back to the UK for health reasons.  So we now need to sell.  Is there anyone out there who would like to buy a 3 bedroomed villa with views to the Port and La Azohia (and overlooking the golf course when it is built!) to the front and the swimming pool to the rear.  The third bedroom has been made into a dining room with an arch leading from the main living room.
