Hi john kath we paid a deposit on appt in costa esuri before we could complete fadesa went into administration we could not contact anyone at fadesa so we got in touch with Maria at costa de Luzon lawyers to try to get our deposit back she said we had a strong case then last week she contacted us and advised us to sign our monies over to fadesa and they would not take us to court to complete on rago 1 so in a word we have lost our money have u heard of anyone in the same position as us or have u any advice u can give us thanks.
