I too think that we are very lucky to have bought on Angel. I am very proud of my apartment and proud of our community. I know of at least three people who have lost a lot of money and all three of them lost their properties' one of them lost two properties. The communities that they had invested in were not completed or just never got up and running with an administrator. They fell into disrepair or bankruptcy.
I have just come home from a couple of weeks at my apartment in block 7. I can think of no real negatives anymore. It feels very safe and secure and I have come home feeling very relaxed and happy. I am going back in a few weeks' can't wait. The pool and gardens are very good. The pool looks fantastic and the people are very friendly. And as you say' The gardener works tirelessly non stop doing a fantastic job. Any problems do get sorted and I am sure that the problem with non payers will also get sorted eventually. Rome wasn't built in a day. Trust in our administration Intercala are a very professional company.
While sitting by the pool I over heard a couple talking about weather their finances would stretch to investing in an apartment they had seen in block 5. Why? Because Angel is a nice place to be. I do think that the property market is about to turn around. In a couple of years time propeties on Angel will become very sought after and exclusive. We have a great location close to the beach and busses bars restaurants and shops. Great pool and gardens and great people to. We have the best location on miraflores. We believe in Angel and very soon everyone else will discover it too.
Oh. And the new paint job is fab.
