Hi, it has a system like a hotel. The water is heated via solar panels and then if it is not hot enough it goes through a heater. This is pumped through, but our pump was faulty. It is meant to be a very good system, but as it has not been used since 2009 the system needs checking and repairing if it is faulty. The administrators do seem to be getting it working quite quickly though. Any other questions do ask.

Hi,
i think someone had said that they had tried to contact Spencer twice, but he had not got back to them and could anyone recommend someone else. We have also used a chap called a Jason. He was recommended to us and does the tubs, and general things around the apartment such as lights etc. I am not trying to do Spencer out of any work, but I always think it is useful to have at least 2 if not 3 quotes for any work. It was drummed into me at work! Spencer has been great and sorted out our pots and fixed our heater, although we are still waiting for a couple of bits to be finished which should be done soon. It takes 24 hours to heat up to a useable temperature. Jason's number is 680 308 588

Mystery solved. The pump that was installed was playing up. They have now installed a new pump, and they said it will be quicker than the last one. Good news!

Hi, I have just tried to run the hot water for 15 minutes, but no hot water today! Does anyone have any ideas why this may be the case?
