Community thread: CHRISTMAS OPENING TIMES

We visited our apartment for the first time a couple of weeks ago (block 18) and suprisingly happy with the flat!   Although we felt the kitchen could of been of a much higher standard i.e. cupboards/handles...  pretty much all outstanding snagging was completed which, again, was rather suprising - going by feedback of some purchasers.

However, we can see that much is to be finished with regard to surrounding area but I would say give or take a year/year half things will look alot different - I think that is what most people fail to remember.

I had posted a thread just before my visit and got an email from a member in block 19 asking if i coud take photos, which I did but unfortunately I've deleted the email sent with this request - so if you read this mail (I can't remember name) please email me again and I will gladly send photos.  I will also upload photos taken of property.

We are unable to attend AGM meeting in April, and would be grateful for as much feedback as possible....

If anyone has any questions, ect... please don't hesitate to contact me.

Regards

Aysha

Can anyone help??  We have just chosen our furniture for our ground floor, 2 bed 2 bath apartment and have been asked for the plans of the apartment (other than the one that is on the website which is all we have!) so that we can have a CAD drawing done.  I have spoken to Mandy who kindly gave me the measurements, and says that is all they have!? ... Has anyone got any other plans, which I could have a copy of?  Would be very helpful.

Many thanks

Hi,

We will be out there visiting our apartment between 12 - 16 March and would be very keen to meet up if anyone is out there.  We're kind of in the dark with regards to many things, we think just by looking at the comments on website!!

We have purchased ground floor flat on block 18 and if anyone has any views would be keen to hear...

Look forward to hearing from you.

750 is very good from what I've been told.  I have a few friends that have moved out there within the last three years (and so liaising with them alot) and I think your lucky to get this for a long term rental - go for it.  Do look into the 2 year rental, I was advised to rent initially for 11 months - something to do with Spanish law.

Can you advise where to go for rentals?
