Hi,

if I was you have you have a look at bravo.com for car hire they seem to have the best deals regarding the car insurance if you are a frequent traveller try and book car hire insurance seperate I pay about £50  a year which covers everything. Car hire brokers tend to hike the prices on insurance and you still may have a access be very careful read the very small print!!!!

thanks for your reply ,

When we first bought our apartments the agent assured us there was a bank garantee in place but when we come to exercise this they then told us there was no bank garantee to our horror. we were not the only ones to be told this by the same agent.

We now have a lawyer acting on our behalf but the court process is very slow because of the amount of claims that have been submitted. I asked our lawyer wether we could take action against the agent but he said doubtful!!

Have you got your deposit back yet  or have you heard from the courts

I know its a few months since anybody has had anything to say on the golden beach but does anybody have a recent news to share we are currently waiting to hear from the courts on our deposit as well we also bought apartments in block 6 which has never been bulit I still keep in touch with my lawyer but the process is so slow we also bought through masa like some others has anybody got any deposits back yet?????

very interesting in what has happened to you we to are in a simaller position but i have now got to the stage of not noing which way to turn.we have been told by the agent we have brought through to wait until september when the developer is out of contract then we can proceed to get our deposit back. but i feel they may be stalling for time, i sent a letter to the developer opting out because they had not started to bulid our block  over 2 months ago bt have heard nothing we were offered another block but declined as it was further away from the sea. i am pleased that you have got some of your deposit back and hope you get the rest i would be very grateful if i could possably contact you phone to discuss this matter further as i now dont know which way to turn.if you want to send me your number my direct email address is info@kingswayhotel.wanadoo.co.uk or my numer is 07776250474.

we wre last out in march and the block  was suppose to be ready for june but i thought there were still plenty to do.i am glad they have built you your apt they have bulit us nothing after 2 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
