Hola everybody,

Just returned from Spain we have just posted some pics of what we feel are the problem areas with R6 as regards

security. We need to apply pressure on QUARA to deal with these issues because why should we have to pay out of our community fees to rectify these faults. We have had a English builder around to give a price on getting rid of the chippings around the pool area and possibly tilling. But this is plan B as we need to get as much sorted with QUARA as possible. Some of the residents are going to be out very soon including our President Sir Bill  to hopefully do a snagging list so we all need to help Bill to get a list sorted to assist him.

Hi Sir Bill,

The other guys are Kevin & Debbie from Liverpool who are on R6 and hopefully attending the meeting. The other couple we have met are Craig & Cindy from Canada on R6 they are unable to attend. We will try and help you as much as we can as I'm sure the other couples will too.
