The licence issue is solved for La Reserva.  Marbella is the first city in europe that seems to be recovering in the property market .  Sales in Marbella are up jan feb and mar by up to 200% on same period last year.  The figures are there.  Something is happening.  La Reserva is now a fantastic developement is a super location In Marbella. Prices will start to go up but where in Marbella can anyone buy a very nice 2 bedroom apartment, living area, kitchen and 2 bathrooms and also large terrace for the prices in La Reserva. Beautiful gardens and pools, restaurant, bar and shop on site. What more can one ask for and Capinoport and Beach , thee best on the Coast.

So to all in La Reserva I think your day has come and to all wishing to buy here hurry up, The market is recovering and prices will start to go up soon and go up more in Sept 2010. People are looking for sun following all the doom and gloom of weather, recession and financial crisis. We are all sick of it for the past 3years.  Lets move on.

 Good point, but I think we are ok, I really do, im sure there is some paper work to be passed around but remember things do not happen in Spain very fast as we all know.  Remember also that anything we seemed to do in Spain appeared to me to be an ordeal, I could write a book on it, it really has been an education for all of us but hopefully we will see the benefit of all the agro some day.

 Hello.......Is there anyone out there............I cant hear anybody........anyone in La Reserve De Marbella.

It would be great to hear from residents in La Reserva after all we do seem to have our licence. I thought everyone would be celebrating instead there is a deadly silence.  Whats wrong.  Lets get any problems out in the open, maybe someone can help.

I hope someone gets back on......

 I dont know only that I seen an add on one of the major property magazines selling property in La Reserva saying the developement has full occup licence, I think I seen this add before but im nearly sure this was not mentioned.  It looks like everthing is looking good. I think this is an add from the sales office. Prices are up o 240,000 approx fro 2 bedroom apt.  I wish I could get this price for mine.  La Reserva is a good developement for location and proioce and now it looks good for licence.
