Hi Chris,

 

My property managers reported the problem to me. I have the dampness in my apartment.

It was closed up all winter since last September, so i am not surprised thee is some dampness.

But this seams to be on the internal walls and can be just in the middle of the wall.

Hi,

Has anybody any problems with the washing machines supplied by the builder. I am on my 2nd washing machine and it does not work. The programmer is faulty. ( These washing machines were faulty when they arrived. Not even 1 load of clothes has been washed in them)

I was onto Sam in the office however i still have not had anybody in to fix it or replace it . Does anybody find it very slow to get anything done by the builder once you have signed and paid over the money.

Hi there

I have an apartment in Block 5 Portal 1.

Anybody any issues with foul smells coming from the toilets in the morning.

Once bleach is flushed down it is ok for a while. The toilet does not appear blocked.

Anybody find a long term solution ? I already had some complaints.
