I have a apartment in bloque 5 and the basins in the main bathroom need a pedestal each as they are very loose. Can anyone recommend a reliable handyman? Has any one else had problems with the basins?

Has anyone been taken in by a fake rental enquiry? This person who calls himself Robert Reitter sound genuine at first saying he's trying to rent for his boss. Then he cecomes abusive, writing nasty, abuse emails. Please don't reply to this person.

Is there to be another development to the left of the main gate? The beautiful hill has been desecrated by bulldozers. We were told in 2004 that no more developments would be allowed after Princess Park, as the area is a Nature Park.

We are still waiting for the inhabitation licence for block 5 apartment 1A. Our lawyer has told us it could be several months still. Are you completing without the licence?
