My wife and i have just returned from Heredades where we began the process of purchasing the show house on Jennifer phase 1. There are still 2 properties left for sale on phase 1 but they are slightly smaller than the majority of the apartments and have only 1 bathroom whereas the mojority have 2, also they are obviously not in the best positions. Both the properties were for sale for Eur 123,000 with no extras. I can confirm that Phase 2 of Jennifer is definately NOT going to be built.
If anyone has any further questions i will do my best to answer them.
