Hi to all buying on Mosa.

Would really welcome contact with any other investors on this resort.

We are completing on Alhambras 2 in September 2007. Buying a ground floor 2 bed 2 bath apartment.

Due to a change of circumstances we are considering selling on completion (it is apparently compulsory to complete first).

Would welcome anyone's experiences of current values and the result as an investment in general as we are finding it hard to get up to date info on the resort. We are also unsure whether to buy the golf user right  they offer if we are going to sell. Not sure how this would affect the sales value.
