Can we all have some feedback from the recent topics, several different parties have contacted me today, regarding getting a group lawyer and are interested in taking the developers on,we can't keep on like this !! and that includes the people who have signed already,you are in a worse position than us that hav'nt. You could question the legality of people ocupying thier property without a habitation licence and temporary lighting that could run out at the whim of the developer,the topic in itself must be interesting enough to lots of people because in less than 24 hours there has been 50 + hits on the web

And if we all join together the cost will be low enough and totaly fair,besides it will show that we have unity....and vertebraes

At the meeting of Mijas Town Hall last friday the topic of FSA was NOT even dicussed, I suggest we ALL get together as a group and get a lawyer  to represent us, its got to be worth it if its only to get things completed and get to the bottom of this whole sad affair,some people are saying the developer has got no money, i think this is b...s..., but who knows, the least it will do is bring it out in the open.

I have tried to get through to the office at fsa and all i get is speak to our/your lawyer. i have tried chillion,he says everything is fine,but when we point out the things wrong or not completed he says he will look into it then does'nt reply, he just does'nt want to know,

I can't speak for everyone but i know when we signed a contract we was given a completion date, i know if it was the other way round our names would have been taken to court and we would have lost a lot of money. Instead now here i am loosing a lot of time...................... same as everyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 If the developer is just waiting for the ok from Mijas town hall, then why don't they get on with the rest of the work like all the outstanding snaging work other apartments, completing the gardens, supplying gym equipment,planting trees on the approach road and making sure that everything is 100% complete for a smooth handover.

Before Christmas the developers said the complex would be ready.

The Christmas i am talking about was 2005 that came and went and so did this Christmas 2006, how many more have we got to loose, before we wake up and reailise we are getting nowhere,irrespective of the developer waiting for the habitation licence and people waiting for that extra couple of yards they should at least complete the whole complex. My concern is they will get the habitation licence and bully people into signing and when everyone has signed they will just shove thier two fingers up at us when we want all the outstanding work done.

The habitation licence will come, but before it does come,lets ALL get together and get a lawyer forcing them to complete the outstanding work on the whole of the complex. Dont fall for any more lies and excuses.

The developer, and lets not kid ourselfs we all know who we are talking about, must be laughing his head off,he manages to get away with it so often only because of the seemingly endless supply of people prepared to take his lies as gospel

Has Victor completed the planting of shrubs and grass in the bare area's around the grounds, the last time we were there in october, he told us that planting was about to start anytime now!!.If not that just about shows everyone his intensions.

Is the mains electricity now online, if so are all the lifts working.

How are the main security gates being operated, has Victor got a security code for the gates or has there been any remote fobs issued.

Sorry to ask these questions but if Victor had got a person in charge in the office with an helpfull attitude,lots of time would'nt be wasted.

The disabled ramps were completed last week and inspected by the technician,not sure about the garage doors though.

Maria sent me an e mail today saying that they were waiting for the friday meeting!!!! but will that be a friday in this year???
