I believe there is a smoke detecter over the door in the kitchen. Could anyone let me know how this works and if theres has ever gone off. I was wondering if we needed to fix our own smoke detecter in case these were not connected. Thanks

For second quarter running I have had amount taken twice. Not really good enough. Now got to try to get refund.

Do not want to cancel Direct Debit as best way to pay, but feel like it if this is going to happen.

AGM this week- sorry cannot be there.

Issues that I think need to be considered at AGM.

Painting,-need a plan to redocorate. Unfortunately the bad weather has done its worst.

Dogs- lets have them controlled and owners clear up the mess

Road by lower pool, it needs closing and landscaping- or posts at either end that are removable in emergencies.

Debtors- more action to recover ALL debts

More Sun Shades around pool.
