Hi all, This is my first post and I just wanted to know if there is any lawyer who is prepared to take Huma on in court on behalf of all us poor buggers who have nothing left. My solicitors have done diddly squat to get my money back. We paid 66,ooo back in 2005. My husband died last year and huma had the cheek to offer me an apt in Alicante. I cannot print what my reply was. I want the money back so I can go back to England as, unfortunately I have another 10 years left to work now. Any advice will be gratefully received-

Hola all, This is my 1st posting. I bought on acc in July 2005. We have sinced moved to Mojacar and went to Huma at mcc in Feb this year. We somehow managed to get them to sign a cancellation agreement and, they even guaranteed to pay back the full amount including 3,000 dep by no later than the end of June!! What do you think my chances are? I do know of 3 couples that got their money back, so we will just wait and see. Anybody read about plans to build a vast campsite in Cuevas complete with a riding school, shops, pools etc. Sounds a bit like acc has been sold to make this happen.
