Hi,

I am selling the contract on my Polaris world at Las Terrazas de la Torre. This property is complete and ready to move into. It is a Ground floor 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment block 56 apartment 5602

Due to changing personal circumstances (divorce) I cannot complete the purchase. I have spoken to Polaris and the contract can be sold by me to another individual to complete. I am happy to sell the contract at a good discount. I have paid 40% deposit worth 64,542 euros (purchase price 161,356 euros remaining to pay on completion 96,813 euros) . Do you know anyone that would be willing to purchase this contract, for a quick sale i will sell the contract for 40,000 euros O.N.O

This is genuine sale and devasted i have to sale but the divorce leaves me no alternative.

Hi all,

Just loined the forum I have a apartment in Phase 2block 56 G3. I am trying to play catch up with the status of the builds etc so I have a couple of questions, can anyone help.

1. What is the status of the golf course and facilities

2. Are people delaying their completion date, I am thinking of it until I know what is happening?

3. A general overview of the site status

4. I haven,t had any bank guarantees, what should I do?

5. Does anyone know if you can sell the contract before completion
