Due to changing personal circumstances (divorce) I cannot complete the purchase. I have spoken to Polaris and the contract can be sold by me to another individual to complete. I am happy to sell the contract at a good discount. I have paid 40% deposit worth  64,542 euros (purchase price 161,356 euros remaining to pay on completion 96,813 euros) .
