Hi All

Not sure if this is appropriate for this forum, but my wife thinks I should do this...! 

I have designed several websites over the past few years for charities, my wife's businesses and now for the apartment we're buying in the Spanish Village. My wife thinks there may be people out there who intend to use sites like ownersdirect, holidayrentals, etc to market their properties but who may also like their own website to fully "show off" their property. This is what we are doing with www.haciendagolfholidays.com ...

If anyone is thinking of having their own website, I could design and build a website for you, help you register a domain name, etc, all for a suitable fee of course!!

I did think that this may not be such a good idea; after all, why should I help provide exposure for other properties that would compete for renters with our apartment! But I decided that the more general exposure there was on the internet about the great properties available at this fantastic resort the better.

The other thought I had was to have a dedicated HdA property rental site for all us owners, either using www.haciendagolfholidays.com or on of the other domain names I own, e.g. www.hdagolfholidays.com, www.hdaholidays.com.

If anyone's interested in having their own website, or if anyone's got any comments about setting up a dedicated HdA rental site, please let me know...

I hope I haven't abused this forum with this post...

Has anyone been in touch with Caixa Catalunya regarding the Developer's Mortgage for the Spanish Village? Or has anyone used the Developer's Mortgage for other phases across the whole development?

If so, any thoughts/comments?

We didn't... actually, the lady at the Consulate was very helpful. It also wasn't very busy when we went, so I'm sure they would be able to help you out if you're not sure about any of the sections.

Hi

We didn't put anything in. At the Consulate, the lady behind the counter just got us to write our UK address on the form and wrote on the form that this was where to send the NIE number.
