Hi everyone
We received a phone call from Maria at Key Mare after sales yesterday confirming that the first five blocks of phase 2 are to be delayed from December 2008 until June 2009. Apparently most people aren't bothered as it means they close during the summer instead of the winter.
The reason for the delay is not the timescale of the build, it is the Vera Council who will not issue the habitation licences until the whole phase is complete!
This is a real blow to us, as we live in Spain and are renting until December, hoping to then move into our new apartment in block 22.
Has anyone else been called with any further infomation?
By the way the build at phase 2 is looking fantastic!! We have taken various people who live in Spain around the gardens in Phase 2 and they are really amazed at how gorgeous and green the place is.
