my wife and I also have purchased a property ready Dec 07 this is in phase 4 and is very close to your bungalow, like you I am hoping it all goes to plan,  everything all appears above board as far as one can tell, we are going over mid April to see how things are progressing. Best of luck.

Julie and I have purchased a property also through amba sun hoping for completion from September 07 onwards, you sound as if you have nearly completed!.

It would be good to talk to some one who has gone through the whole process, I am also using PSI hope they are ok.
