So glad things are on the move and thank you for your postings but I for one find your final comment  "interesting the number of local nationalities that owe money"  veiled racism and also based on no proper facts 9palms. If you read through these threads you will find no good has come of setting payers and non-payers of the community charges against one another. It is NOT the residents problem and these charges will one day have to be met. Such a shame when things seem to be going right to stir up resentment with flippant unfounded remarks.

Though I have followed the el pinet forums I have never been tempted to write anything here before but I feel I must ad to the topics aired here.I have met the couple Palmdor is defending on several occasions in the village.I have found them to be very nice people.I only wish them well.To know that others they trusted to look after their property abused their trust and when found out went about spreading scurrilous stories upsets me deeply.They should be ashamed.I hope others who read this will see them for what they are.

Twosuz are you with a satellite company?We sometimes get problems when there is bad weather or you may need a new card?
