Hi there fellow phase 3 buyers, we have also been told by Atlas that completion according to the builder should be 4th December.. Hooray !!  although it's not official yet, so fingers crossed,can anyone let us know how long it takes after you have been officialy informed,  that you go over to take possesion of the apartment??and actually start using it..??

Hi fellow phase 3 neighbours, we have just had a progress report and photo from atlas, which we have put on the shared photo site, doesn't look that much different from the last one I'm afraid but progress is being made albeit slow.seems all the work is going on inside. all plastering and most of the tile work is now complete,  I know  some of you don't get updates so any news is welcomed..

Hi there, we have been told that completion should be the end of September, but as far as we know phase 2 hasn't been completed yet ,so I don't think phase 3 will be ready for that date.. we are thinking it will be more like November December time, and I have also been told it is always the end of a month when the keys are handed over. Looks like things are moving along though, from the progress reports we have received so who knows, its all in the lap of the gods I'm afraid.

What number aptmt have you purchased?? It's nice to hear from fellow neighbours we shall all be very pally by the time we move in over there.
