Delighted to hear you are able to appeal to the High Court in Spain.  We had no idea there was a class appeal against Polaris and thought we were the only ones having problems.  At last there is some light at the end of the tunnel!  Best of luck to you all.

I have managed to access some of the old messages and think you have used Maria as your Solicitor.  Also I noted a comment that you have some telephone numbers, contact names of PW reps which we have been asking our Solicitor for so we can see them face to face.  What grounds did you have for getting your money back?  I have been unable to send you a private message.

Sorry to hear you are having problems too.  We waited 2 years to go to Court but the Judge decided at a PreTrial that he would not listen to any evidence, just ordered us to pay the full amount ie another 93,000 Euros on top of the 66,000 we had already paid, plus Polaris' legal fees of 18,000 Euros plus interest.  Now we can't even get our Solicitor to answer any e-mails!

Hi Lulu,  Delighted to hear that you have got your deposit back from Polaris World.  May I ask which Solicitor you used and what were the grounds for getting your deposit back as we are having no luck with our Solicitor who was very hopeful back in 2008 but it has all gone flat!  Many thanks.
