Under the new 4% property tax as introduced last week- this only applies to a new property, not a new one owned by a bank due to the developer going bust!

Yes professional courtesy does exist in Spain, please do not tar everyone with the same brush.
I am intrigued by the fact so many buyers of Condesa seem to be relatively intelligent people yet were taken in by the brochures which showed the development as front line golf, when in fact its front line shrubland!

Be extremely careful with this one.
What happens if a dispute develops between the community and the developer down the line in relation to warranty on build etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
